Delivery

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses to accept the package, the parcel will be returned to us at the customer’s expense.

This expense includes shipping costs and any additional charges incurred. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows that the item has been delivered but you have not received it, please note that we do not refund or replace items in this situation.
