Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

👉 No restocking fees will be charged for returning a product.
