I was initially skeptical as I generally am about exercise products. This one does what it advertises. The thing is, for it to work you have to use it regularly, just like any exercise equipment. One could accomplish the same effect with a strap or long towell, however I like the heel cup that holds the foot solid and the handle gives a more solid and less strenuous method to hold on and perform the stretch.The product is durable and likely to last a long time.
